Who I Am and What I Do

I've always known I wanted to help others, but it wasn't until I was grounded myself in my life with my family, my faith, my friends, and my passions.

I received my B.S. in Health Care Science - Health and Wellness Promotion from University of Colorado - Colorado Springs. Since then, I have pursued and continue to learn and obtain certifications in alternative healing methods with a desire to redeem alternative healing modalities for the Christian faith.

We are created in God’s image, and we have an equally important spiritual component as part of our mind-body-spirit whole. When we address all three parts acknowledging Him who made us so wonderfully, then we can facilitate deep healing which brings us back into balance and connection with God. It is in this way which allows us heal physically, emotionally, and even spiritually.

I've been a whitewater raft guide in Colorado since 2012 and the river is truly my favorite place on earth.

My love of the river and my passion in my faith easily led to the beginning of River of Life, LLC.  There is quite a journey ahead - I can't wait to share these gifts with you!
